writer, so let me say that whoever wrote you is correct by the book, but that's
a pretty minor point. In casual writing and conversation there are a lot of
rules that get brushed aside and it really isn't a big deal unless it makes the
message confusing. </FONT></DIV>

case, with emails flying around the world, many English-as-a-second-language
people (ESLs) are, in my opinion, very brave to use their English, even if they
sometimes make mistakes. I once could write and speak Spanish and French, but I
would be totally embarrassed to try it now. I admire anyone who is willing to
