Hi Patrick,<br>
<br>
I have been using the program Nvu (pronounced <i>N-view</i>) to
build a website for a club I belong to. <a
href="http://www.goodsearch.com/Redirect.aspx?type=1&url=http://rc12.overture.com/d/sr/?xargs=15KPjg1gdSt5auwuf0L%5FiXEbqUkwwBkJy3%2Ds8bfON5a9JWhAduWPYuPa7By%5FVIXe1m6XvWxPaXiaFlOqz2n%5F%2DUFBCMQVuXG%2DL%2Dyt2QwN9icfH9BoATl%2D1qg%5Fy4y4swejoWvlyBccTvyOPMNoeuMikUodtAmEzbrqkBmJHlmaJdSeWGtxolp0qFZZYM%2D%5FFxjM3VeMAESqQHcoHd12acb4MHjJtrzqvhIHNNdTS0tWINi2qw">www.nvu.com</a>
It is pretty easy to use, and best of all it is free! Nvu is a site
building program that was recommended on a (free again!) online web
site building class I took from HP. They offer several different
classes on a rotating basis at <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://h30240.www3.hp.com/">http://h30240.www3.hp.com/</a> . This class
was not the best as it assumes you know a few things, or working on an
existing site, but the instructor and classmates will help if needed,
and I learned quite a few things from it anyway. You can either use
Nvu as WYSIWYG or you can look at the HTML codes, etc..... if you are
brave. <span class="moz-smiley-s3"><span> ;-) </span></span><br>

<pre wrap="">Hi, gang.
It's me again*, el cheapo Patrick.
What I'd like to know is if any of you have done your own web pages
using any of the free HTML editors, esp a 'wysiwyg' editor. I'm thinking
of doing a simple web page since I have one included in my ISP
subscription. At the same time I don't want to spend a lot of (Okay,
ANY) money since mainly I just want to play around with this.
If any of you are/were in the same boat, please let me know.
TIA for sure
pat
* Okay, I know that if my English was really "propah" I'd write, "It is
I" but I'm contrary. :-)
