<DIV>I just wanted to say hi. I was on Aquanet back in its early days; I remember when we came up with the name for the group. Got sidetracked by health issues with my oldest daughter and life in general, and lost touch. I didn't forget about the group but didn't think to look around for it. The other night my youngest was Googling our names and when she showed me the search results for mine, I saw that I had been quoted for Cia's book (Hi, Cia! I remember that wonderful little book and will have to get a copy.) and "rediscovered" Aquanet. I've been lurking for a day or so, enjoying the discussion on various pigments. </DIV>

<DIV>I'm still painting as I can, working in watercolor or oil for the most part. With two kids in high school, neither of them driving yet, and one in middle school, there's not a lot of "free" time. Still teaching a basic art course here and there where I've been known to pass along some of the opinions voiced on Aquanet back in the day regarding the pros and cons of different brands of w/c paper. </DIV>
