Carol, I'm a few days behind in reading my emails. I'm so glad the first
surgery went well, and I'll be praying that today's did also and your
recovery from both will be swift!

As the month nears it's end, I want to thank all of the members who sent in
comments regarding my painting.    I hope to see more paintings submitted to
the member's gallery over the next 3 days, as the array of fall fruits and
veggies pour into local farmer's markets.

I also want to thank all who wished me well regarding my eye surgery.  It is
still healing, but it is doing well.  Unfortunately the retina is starting
to detatch in my other eye and surgery is scheduled for Thursday morning.  I
can't understand how both eyes can be coming apart at the same time.  

I look forward to getting back to painting later this fall.
