[Aquanet] February's theme suggestions

Hi all
   I have put together a new page to suggest an image and theme.

use the link on our home page for suggesting a February theme
On the page that it takes you to, click the browse button to select an  
image file on your computer that you wish for us to use as inspiration  
for this month's members' gallery.
Then enter a *brief* (30 characters or less) title for the theme or  
image
Click submit.
I will review and make your suggestions available soon after you  
submit it.

You can view and vote on the suggestions made thus far on the  
"February voting link" on our home page.

I'll leave these up for 3 days, so on Tuesday morning we can start  
paintings inspired by the most popular image.
