Most likely importer will be Jerry's Artarama or or Dick Blick's.   I'm thinking you might have liked the individual sheets and may find the sizing completely different on the blocks.  I think there is a big variation within the Arches brand, not to mention differences in batches.

I seem to recall a discussion about Bockingford blocks.  I really like this paper and can't find it anywhere in blocks.  Does anyone know where they can be found?
