[Aquanet] March gallery - some options

Hi all
   While I agree that there are many good ideas that we have not used, I 
also want to keep as many of us involved in the process every month - 
and towards that goal I think that we should continue to collect new 
suggestions and vote for every month's theme.

 From what I have seen in responses thus far, it seems like March should 
be a return to the "classic" suggestion and voting theme selection process.
