[Aquanet] March gallery - some options

Hi gang
   I've been thinking about the March gallery and how the February and 
previous galleries each worked out.

What shall we do for March?  Another "image with suggestion" format 
similar to February or our classic "Collect suggestions then vote 
afterwards" theme approach?

There's no reason to stick to one or the other in perpetuity, we can 
switch between them on a month-by-month basis.

Let the people speak... what say you?
