I love the way the background is done.  I would have put a bit of sunlight 
in the hair of the middle person since his t-shirt has a lot of sunlight 
there should be some on his head too.  This was done on the hair of the 
woman on the right and on the cap of the person on the left but not on the 
person in the middle.

Great job in the position of the sitters.  They look very natural.
