[Aquanet] The loss of a great artist and teacher

Many Aquanet members will be saddened to hear of the passing of Canadian artist, Jack Reid on August 24, 2009 after a long struggle with failing health. Jack was a great painter who taught thousands of students over his lifetime. He was the author of three instructional books, Watercolor Basics - Let's Get Started, Watercolor Basics - Snow and Water and Easy Landscapes (Watercolor for the Fun of It). Jack also had a number of videos and DVDs in which he shared his wisdom and love of painting.
