Hi Phyllis.
I found out it's actually Glouchester Place Mews and your memory is correct.

I just found it on Google maps.  The blue door has been replaced by one with
glass panes. The right corner is blocked by another building so I can't tell
if that corner light is still about to fall off.  ;  )

"15 Glouchester Mews"  is such  a lovely reminder of London where I
originate from and will always miss.  It struck a cord as soon as I looked
at it.  I believe that that place is somewhere around the Bayswater Road but
my memory is not so hot after all this time.  Anyway thanks for the memory!
