[Aquanet] web site changes

For me personally I find that too much of my time gets gobbled up by time
spent on my computer. I spend so much time updating and maintaining my own
site that visiting other sites is not very feasible. I do get to read the
emails that pass through my inbox daily with my morning cup of tea and while
I don't have the time to make very many comments I really enjoy the dialog
that Aquanet provides.
As far as chats or a message board to visit and read vs. emails I know from
experience based on the other groups who use this type of forum I don't have
the time to invest in surfing the message boards..... I wish I could.
I love being able to visit the gallery pages to see what everyone is
painting. And my goal is to continue to participate as often as I can. Being
able to comment on the painting on the gallery page would be nice. I
could/would do that. I don't have time to compose a separate email but I
could leave a comment on the gallery page. I'm afraid for me if I didn't get
the prompts to "go see what's new" I might miss a lot...sort of a out of
sight out of mind thing.
For what its worth that's my opinion. Thanks Raymond for keeping us going!
Keep those brushes wet!

Subject: [Aquanet] web site changes
Hi all
I am planning out a fairly major overhaul to the aquanet website
and this list and want some feedback on a plan - I am thinking of
adding comments and some variety of chats to the galleries and next to
the critique on the home page. This would allow people to log into the
site and then enter and view comments right there on the page, rather
than use the separate medium of email. I would keep the list around
but much of its current use would be [I feel better] replaced by this.
Thoughts? (yes, think it through before replying)
Please reply TO THE LIST not to me directly.
