Virginia -- It's wonderful to hear from so many of you all at once!  Great idea about adding magenta or crimson -- two of my favorite colors. This would definitely add pizzaz.  Thank you.  Pat Roshaven

Hello Patricia...I looked right away to see what painting you wanted a
critique on.   I liked it immediately, it has a 'surprise' that you
probably enjoyed when it happened, and it shows.  I think I would have
dropped a magenta or alizaron crimson in the edges of the dark area which would
bounce off the complement in violet, if the darks are a blue....then the
painting would 'vibrate' with excitement as well.
great idea!!

Hello -- I've not heard from any of you yet about my
September critique.  Since you are all more experienced than I am
at water media, I'm hoping that you can give me some words of wisdom
about my work.  And I'm wondering if those of you who knew Cia
Price might add something that she might have said about this kind of
work.  I know it's not as representational as most of your is, but
I'd still like to hear from you.  Thanks!  Pat Roshaven
