[Aquanet] Report on our friend Cia Price

Thank you for telling us all - Cia is in my thoughts - she is the one  
that suggested to us first few that someone set up a forum for  
watercolorists which became this list. That was 14 years ago if I  
recall correctly.  She has always been cheerful, supportive and fun.
