Gwen, I would like to write to you without writing to the whole list, but 
there appears to be no way to do that.  I was just looking at the sponsor 
paintings and liked what I saw of yours so went to your website -- and then 
"fell in love with" your stone on stone technique.  I have some photos which 
we took in Paestum, which you painted and it is one which I would love to 
paint as well.  I would like to try your technique but have a few questions. 
I did watch the video demo -- very interesting.  I am wondering at what 
point you stop painting and dry your paper, or do you just keep going wet on 
wet until it starts doing the magic which you create.  I'm thinking you get 
your colors and tones pretty well to the final stage and then go back in and 
"detail" it.  Right?  Wrong?  What?
If you do not want to pass on this information, please feel free to let me 
know and that I probably need to get myself up north for a workshop!!!!!
