[Aquanet] New Books and workshops pages

Awards, etc obviously don't expire but are more a matter of historical
record, so that's a bit different. That comes back to almost being a
discriminating "members" page. I like it and will add that to the list.
Regarding venting - I have gotten a few (not too many) amazingly nasty
emails from people who did not like previous suggestions - my strategy
for dealing with them is simply to out them to the list - forward their
messages for all to see, without replying or otherwise wasting my time
in replying to them.
