[Aquanet] Manganese Blue Replacement

Dear Margo

I've tried using the Granulation Medium, but without much luck.  Any suggestions on using it?

  Patrick - Get hold of whatever blue you want that does not have PB15 as a pigment and use Winsor/Newton's Granulation Medium.  It works wonders on just about any paint you want to granulate.
