I like the idea of having the entire month to submit a painting, without having to commit yourself beforehand.  As for as the web versus the current procedure, whatever is easiest for you, Ray, would be fine with me. 



I think the Spring Flowers theme has been the most popular - everyone loves flowers!   I doubt that any other theme will be as popular or have as many submissions, although it would be great if each month brought as many beautiful renditions.
