Hi Betul
   I have not seen any message from you, I did not even see the one  
that Lorraine forwarded below. I suepect that for some reason your  
messages are being classified as SPAM by my mail server.

I apologize. please send me it again - I have just added your email  
address to my spam whitelist which should prevent it from being sent  
off to the SPAM nether regions.  If I do not hear from you in a day I  
will assume that it's still being discarded and will contact you via  
other means to resolve this.
