[Aquanet] Maybe you can help me with the instructions?

Inspired by that beautiful bevy of blooms on the site, I have an  
image and some text of a watercolor I'd like to submit. Sadly, I no  
longer have the instructions which Raymond sent out to us. Rather  
than bothering him, as I know how much work he's doing on our behalf,  
can anyone clarify for me how to submit an image and text for the  
Spring Flowers gallery? I've been "lurking" for years and have begun  
to participate more these last months, so I welcome the help. I'm  
sorry I didn't keep the email with the instructions in it.
