CIA,  Unless they have radically changed this paper and uses better  
sizing, it is a disaster to paint on.  It immediately sucks up the  
paint, like a blotter.  Took a watercolor class at the Kanuga WC  
workshop -- a week (Hendersonville, NC), and we all got nice black  
painting aprons and two sheets of K paper, one 140#, the other 300# cp  
from Cheap Joe, himself.   We were extremely pleased and were anxious  
to try the papers out.  I thought it was just me, but everyone  
complained about the inability to move the paint around.  The apron  
was the better deal, by far.  I'd suggest you buy and try a piece  
first.  Perhaps they've improved the sizing situation.   Doris Roberts
