Just had a chance to view the March critique as yesterday was spent at
the North East Watercolor Members Exhibit at one of the local colleges. 
A terrific show that I wish you could all see.  Charles Brandenburg gave
a demonstration and I bought it. 
Joe's ocean scene captures the mood of a misty day at the shore.  I
particularly liked the two high flying gulls, and think one more a little
lower down and nearer to one or the other two would make a better design.
Agree with others who would like the foreground a little more defined.
