[Aquanet] Horizon Line

The horizon line is always at the viewers eye level. In your photo the
horizon line is above the bridge with the vanishing point where the dark
figures stand on the right. It is one point perspective.. It would look
better in a painting if you lower your eye level and have the vanishing
point off the paper further right, or two point perspective.
Because the bridge is such a strong line I think it would be wize to make
the top the horizon and place it about a third from the bottom of the
paper. Just don't place it halfway as that creates two equal spaces.
Sometimes I rotate such a photo until the bridge line looks level. Good
