[Aquanet] Phoenix area query

Hi, gang.

I have a niece-in-law-in-law who lives in Phoenix. She painted in w/c in 
high school, but drifted away due to the busy-ness involved in getting 
her unie degrees. Now she's like to get back into it, and she'd like to 
take lessons. Does anyone know of community-college (or some other 
institution) lessons given in that area? She and her hubby are just 
starting out, so price is important.
