The truth is , Bev, that the reason I am always behind is my own fault. 
I am a great procrastinator.  When I tackle a "to do" list I end up doing
the favorite things first and never get to the chores. Even marking the
priority ones seldom works.  I always bite off more than I can chew. Have
given up hope that I will ever change since I have tried for 25 years. So
I don't feel guilty anymore if I make people wait. Of course paying bills
is another matter.
