[Aquanet] A new palette

Phyllis—I have my students use fine steel wool or fine sandpaper just
to "rough up" the surface before they start putting in the paints.
Once you "scratch" the surface and rinse it off, it becomes much more
manageable.
I like the new idea of having a survey of topics to vote on for the
monthly critiques. I submitted mine today via the website and look
forward to what others want us to do!
