Congratulations on the retrospective of your work.  Your paintings are
simply beautiful. Your technical skills are obvious and the flowers
are painted with great detail.  Although done with such detail, they
transcend being botanical studies, instead evoking an  emotional response in
those who see them.  They are at the same time, technically accurate and
ethereal, a difficult feat to accomplish and a tribute to your skill.

Your love of flowers is obvious and your ability to communicate this in your
paintings is an enviable attribute.

Congratulations again on your magnificent body of work.
