[Aquanet] hello all Peechy Keen?

I know one of you will know this.. I was reading Cindy Agan's book  and she 
uses CHeap Joes' Peechy Keen for people's portraits  does any  one know what 
pigments are used here and how I can make this color.   I'm pretty sure its 
yellow and red but which two... I don't have a real  sample of the color only her 
book which doesn't give much information  about the paint.
