Very nicely done!

I love the painting.  You can feel the chill in the air and the mist too. 
The colors are just right.  If you want to convey the feeling of the river 
under the bridge, I would try adding a darker line on the right of the 
bridge where the green bushes are, this way your viewer can see the 
difference between the bushes and their reflections in the water.  Just a 
suggestion.
