[Aquanet] Holbein paints correction

  About Holbein :
    a.. Cherry Red is excellent ( quinacridone) most transparent, Cherries are very light in that company!!  In Canada, when we buy cherries, their color is more burgundy . So the name of the color is a bit confusing but the pigment is excellent. 
    b.. Ultramarine Blue 
    c.. Burnt Sienna 
    d.. Gamboge Nova  (sunshine yellow)
  ---  all these have excellent lightfastness.

  I don't use Holbein very much. Many of their colors contains also white so it is easy for you to check the tube and avoid the presence of white.

  For florals, you would like Da Vinci Rose Doré very much, a warm very transparent pink. I use also from Da Vinci their permanent alizarin crimson (quinacridone) which is a cooler pink when diluted.

    I am looking to try Holbein watercolor paints. Do any of you have a'favorite' color(s) that you recommend---mostly for florals (brightly colored)?  There are so many to choose from and can get confusing. 

    Would so appreciate any ideas that you have.
