Hi Pat,

You have an excellent reference photo showing zig-zag undertstructure to the 
composition, which is good. Try to forget what the subject is about and see 
that structure to continue.

The shapes of your lines on the large mountains are too regular and similar. 
Try variation.

I think the foreground would get better impact with darker tones near the 
smaller mountain in the shade.

More clear blue in the sky would be good too.

Just my opinion.
