Thanks for steering us to Liberat Vogler's Web Site. His Venetian scenes
are lovely.  How fortunate he is to have spent a lot of time there. 
Because of the wonderful light and the beautiful buildings it is most
artists' favorite city.  I was just at a workshop by James Toogood and he
painted a canal in Venice as a demo one day.  Painting water is very
tricky. 
Toogood's work is on the cover and featured in the latest "Splash" volume
9.
