[Aquanet] November Critique - and - Changes to the Website

Virginia Haines is our critique artist for the month.

I will be posting one more critique in December. Beginning at the end of 
the year Ray Blum will be in charge of the Aquanet Art Website.

I have had some health problems that call for cutting down on time spent 
sitting at the computer (basically, osteoarthritis of the neck and 
spine) and I need to shed some of my responsiblities. Ray has 
volunteered to take over from me.

You will be hearing from him re: any changes he will be making.  You 
will still be hearing from me as I continue to be a member of the email 
list.
