So, how do you pronounce Pahrump?  I'm sorry, but I giggle every time I read
that name.

Hi y'all,

I'm back, after a much longer hiatus than I ever figured on -- blame my move
to Nevada, a bunch of confusions, some major computer problems before a
replacement, etc.   I'm now writing to you from the high desert area of
Nevada, about an hour and a half out of big, bad Las Vegas, nearest a town
with the unfortunate name of Pahrump. A long, long way from Tropic Texas.
