Mel's first workshop of the summer season will take place in beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts at the end of June where he will be teaching a five-day, outdoor on location workshop for the Creative Arts Center in the charming coastal town of Chatham.  Located halfway between Falmouth and Provincetown, Chatham offers typical New England scenery...beautiful sea and shore vistas, historical villages, and picturesque streets lined with 18th century homes, cottages, and gardens. Home to the famous Chatham Lighthouse, plentiful painting sites await in this richly historic town.  The Creative Arts Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to the teaching and appreciation of the arts.  The Creative Arts Center holds national and juried exhibitions as well as regional shows throughout the year.
