[Aquanet] Color question

I feel really daring, a slug like me making a reply to a pro like Liz, 
but I'd wonder what/whose permanent red. It seems to me that 'permanent 
red' is a descriptive name and not the name of a pigment, so different 
manufacturers might use different formulations.
