[Aquanet] February Critique

I owe Rosemary Zweigbaum an apology.  I am finally remembering to post 
her very interesting painting on the critique page.  Actually, I owe her 
two apologies. It originally should have been put up for December.  To 
atone, I will leave it up until April.  I know you will all enjoy 
looking at her unusual techniques.

(By the way, I need someone to volunteer for April. Come on, you "lurkers"!)
