[Aquanet] NVU or ??

Clear DaySomeone gave a name of a web site builder with name of Kostozov or something like that in lieu of NVU.  I lost the email info and would like the correct spelling of the KostoZ...whatever site you can build a web page yourself?    anyone who knows about the above, please repeat what was written earlier?
