All web sites use tiny icons to open so it will take less time to
download. When you click on the icon the larger image is on a separate
page. When building a site you make the image 2 sizes, both at only 72
px. This is too low a resolution to copy for prints so it is unlikely
anyone can use them. You store only these low resolution images in your
Web Site file and keep the larger ones for printing in your photo files.
There are many sites that offer a free Web Page. ie
www.hometownartgallery.com and www.artshow.com.
Here's a tip for studying other web sites. Right click down in the right
corner of the site and click on View Source. The notepad with html and
other codes come up and you can see how they have configured images .
You can download the images to your files so you have them to study at
any time. See Web.com and Buildyoursite.com for free domains.
Incidentally patrickdavis.com already taken by rock star.
