Just came across this site which costs money but looks easy and may be
worth it. www.Buildit.Sitesell.com 
Another one that is good is www.FineArtStudioonline.com.  I know a lot of
artists who use that and are very satisfied.  It costs about $129 a
month. Check www.phyllistarlow.com
 Ipower, my host, offers site building free as I imagine all do.  I do my
own but it is not necessary.  I pay Ipower $100 a year which includes
domain name, statistics, e-mail shopping cart and many other extras. Have
fun! Learning something new is always exciting!
