My personal opinion-
I have several web sites. Started out with MS front page, when to
homesite, and now use Dreamweaver.
There is no substitute for Deamweaver.
Find a website that you like, and check it out to see how they did it.
If I had to go cheapo, I would use Front page, not great, but at least
would come close to a professional appearance. Note: it is now called
Expression Web.
On Amazon, the 2003 Front page version, used, is from $169.95, the 2000
version is $45. It would probably be OK.
