Hello to All,
Many of us do not have a lot of knowledge to share about watercolor, but we do enjoy reading what others have to share. I enjoy the list and would like to see more attachments. Seeing a visual trains my eye to be more discerning. Thanks to those who contribute in a constructive way.

Greetings,
I just read Lorraine's plea not to end Aquanet just because a minimum of messages have not been sent recently. I concur with Lorraine. Like many of us, we are swamped with commissions, family, and trying to survive these difficult times as a professional artist, as well as a myriad other reasons for not having the time for sending artful thoughts. I must confess that I am one of those subscribers who prefer to observe. Yet, with my morning coffee to sustain me while I am reading my e-mail before heading to my studio, I eagerly read from Painter's Keys, Wet Canvas, Aquanet, and others in the field that give me a boost, and realizing that there are friends in art out there that I have never met, held conversations with them, but nevertheless I value their existence. Raymond, thank you for your work for Aquanet...you are doing a great job. I vote with Lorraine.
Have a great painting day.

Hi all,
Please do not end Aquanet. It is the only link that I have with other watercolour enthousiasts in the world. I haven't been painting lately because of a tragic death in our family but seing what has been painted by others gives me hope and like a light a the end of the tunnel, it gives me courage that I hope will translate in a painting soon. The summer is also a very difficult period for me to paint since my boy is at home so I don't have a lot of free time on my hands.
Aquanet has been useful in so many ways. I have had critics from the list of one of my work that I have kept as a reminder of what to do and not do in future paintings. I have received recommendations on books for composition from many of you also. You have been much help in my work and I wish that you continue for ever!
Thank you for all your help.
