[Aquanet] Sent this just to Raymond, sorry Raymond

I am not sure what the problem is - sometimes the greatest paintings just sit there because the rightful owner has not come along yet.
On the other hand, there seems to be a competition for focal point in this painting:  the largest flower against the dark background is one, and then the light bud against the dark background appears to be another.  Also there is a lot of that dark background in the upper part with not too much interest.  Everything seems concentrated down into the bottom part of the painting as though it is a bit squished.
Each of the individual elements, the quality and treatment of the flowers and the bud are very lovely, as is the treatment of the background.  Reconfiguring it may help it a lot.  Hope this helps.  Valerie Kent
