Signature FileI would say the roses are neat, and so is the background, but they are fighting each other for your attention.  The paint values are very close in strength.

If it were mine, guess I'd glaze over everything but maybe the roses with a blue wash, to see if I could get the stems and watercolour work to sit down and stop trying for attention.

Insofar as Aquanet disbanding, I have sent a reply which is apparently lost out there somewhere (since I don't understand how it works, I keep picturing the little thing, baggage in hand, climbing on one wrong train after another and now lost somewhere and whimpering) but I'd miss the list.  Summertime I spend comparatively little time at the computer, I admit, being outside as much as possible.
