I'm not sure how to create in another language, but you can probably
find your site with the translations already made in as many as 20
languages -- I did.

Here is a bit of what I mean.  The translations are literal, but work to
some degree.  I can't remember how I found it . . . will look.

To check yours, add the two
language letters between hl=  and   &u=http; then add your web address
where mine is -- just change to yourwebsitename.com.  have fun.
