[Aquanet] The future of this list

Hi Ray,

Pleeease keep it going! 
It's true the list has been quiet lately, but I think it would be quite a
pity to terminate it, and I would certainly miss you all if it were to stop.
Aquanet has been a very valuable resource for me, but I have to admit that
although I try to contribute, I actually do so only sporadically.

Right now, I am quite busy developing my website in addition to preparing a
couple of autumn shows. I just aired the French version a couple of weeks
ago and I am currently fine tuning the English version, which I hope to be
able to publish for public access within the next few days. I'll make sure
to let you know...

Referring to Brad's comment, I am also very much in favor of the possibility
to attach images to the messages. Actually I did a couple of times, in
response to monthly critique posts, but maybe it did not go through... 
At any rate, I think the capability would be a plus, even with an image size
limitation to a few tens of KBytes. Internet link speed and Personal
Computer disk size limitations make it less of a problem now than a few
years back, at least for us subscribers. But maybe there is a snag I do not
see at the list management side?

Anyway, thanks a lot to Ray and Liz for keeping this list alive, even though
quiet at times.

It was nearly two weeks without a message to this list - and we have  
309 subscribers.  I wonder if the time for this list has past, are  
there other online resources and communities that people prefer to the  
point where it is time to retire aquanet?

Please let us all know your thoughts and remember, if you have  
something to say and don't say it - that sounds the same as no interest.
