[Aquanet] August Critique

I think this one is such a sophisticated piece!  Anyone who ventures out 
with such a limited palette for such a colourful subject deserves a medal 
for bravery and another one when you pull off a painting like this one, 
which definitely grabs and holds you with the play of light and shadow 
combined with composition.

The drama of the light on the house is fantastic, and the freewheeling sky 
and trees make a wonderful painting.

I do feel like a judicious crop would be in order rather than fool with the 
shoreline any more -- I'd crop at the first promontory, which would heighten 
the drama of the wonderful limited palette.
