[Aquanet] Painting

Hi, Rosemary (aka Alan?)

I've not directly painted on tissue, but I have used it as a collage on
a painting. I used acrylic matte medium as a 'glue' and while the whole
thing was wet, I painted into the collaged pieces with w/c. It gave
interesting textural effects. Make sure, however, that you don't dilute
the medium too much as that affects its long-term adhesion. (Maybe I
should have gone over the piece after with medium, but part of it is in
just w/c and I didn't want to lift that.)
