[Aquanet] product question

I never used it but saw it demonstrated somewhere, in a book or perhaps 
in actuality, some time ago.  As I recall,  a bit of it was just pulled 
and stretched across a mounted painting and pinned down at points around 
the edge of the painting.  It seems to me it was an artist from Michigan 
who used it, Mary Ann Beckwith.  If you Google her name + "artist" you 
can reach a website with a contact email address and ask her about it.
