[Aquanet] product question

Hi again:
I just thought of another web forming gauze - not the usual kind but a loose  gauze that when stretched and manipulated and laid into wet washes sort of sucks up the paint and gives nice texture. You do take this off when the paint is dry. I have a roll of this stuff but no name on it.  I think I bought it at the same workshop on textures where we used the webbing.

  Somewhere I heard recently of a spray product in craft stores that makes a webby texture when you stretch and lay it on a watercolor wash. Has anyone heard of this or know of the name of the product? Any ideas for techniques using this product? I thought it might make interesting backgrounds. Do you remove it or leave it on? Maybe with acrylics you could leave it on, but what about watercolor? Thanks for any help.
